Huntington Place

Huntington Place is a welcoming affordable senior housing community offering 40 one and two bedroom apartments for adults age 62 and older with incomes between 25% and 60% of the Area Median Income. Developed to address the growing need for affordable senior housing in Fairfield County, Huntington Place provides high-quality homes that enable older adults on fixed incomes to remain independent and age in place within the community they know and value.

Huntington Place is a special community built on 3.5 acres donated by the Town of Trumbull. It represents a strong partnership between Connecticut Housing Partners and the Town of Trumbull, created to expand affordable housing opportunities for moderate-income seniors. By providing affordable, high-quality homes, Huntington Place allows residents to continue living in the community they love, close to family, friends, healthcare, and the services they rely on, while enjoying the independence and stability that come with having an affordable place to call home.
